In Panama it’s good if you rent a car for traveling. But if you can’t afford to rent a car, you can ride a taxi or bus. In Panama some taxis are dangerous because they rip you off sometimes. But most taxis are good like other countries. The buses in Panama are too old and uncomfortable for long traveling. However Panama is using metro buses now so you can use buses if you want.

                                       

Other tips: Use the taxi or Metro bus to go to your hotel after your plane ride and try not to ride the old buses in Panama.
